Our next SharePoint User Group meeting will be on Thursday, June 2, 2016, starting at 11:30 AM at the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska (BCBSNE). Food will be provided 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. Please RSVP no later than 11 am, May 31, 2016 so we have an accurate food order.

Topic: Hacking SharePoint – The CSR Edition
At our last SharePoint Saturday, I talked about the different ways we can create custom displays of SharePoint data. I ran out of time before I could talk about Client-side Rendering (CSR) and the use of JSLink. This month, we will cover using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML in creating custom displays of list data and list forms. This will be part 2 of my Hacking SharePoint series. If you would like to catch up, you can watch my presentation from SharePoint Saturday.

Back from a 5 month job in Des Moines, David Petersen is currently one of the Omaha SharePoint User Group Leaders and one of the organizers of SharePoint Saturday – Omaha. He has been creating solutions with SharePoint since it was a beta product for Microsoft. He speaks frequently at SharePoint conferences in the region and co-wrote a book on SharePoint Designer 2010.
